I don’t know why.
I want to know if others face similar things.

I got charged for $500 sometimes in July and bluehost cannot find the charge
It’s written
20-JUL 21-JUL WEB*BLUEHOST.COM 888-4014678 US (USD 503,64 X 15.275,75) 7.693.478
I contacted support. I told them my last digit card numbers. Possible email. They cannot find the charge. They claimed they will escalate this to tickets AND EMAIL me the transcript of the chat.
Until today I still haven’t received the transcript of the chat. Being suspicious, I copy and paste that anyway
I got to read that from bottom to up because that’s how the copy and paste work in bluehost chat. Which is why I asked for their transcript
I still have one new account with them. Should I quit and move the hell on?
Bluehost charge $500. They can’t even find the charge.
They created a ticket.

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately I am unable to find any such accounts with us. If we could get the actual email on the file, or invoice number, it would be helpful. Usually, an invoice for any payment is always sent to the email on the file, it will have all the details about the account name or domain, including the invoice number. Without these details, we are not able to locate any exact account here with the given info above.
